Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the web signage, modular interactive timers, scheduling widgets, account cloud synchronization, and shareable link services (collectively, the "Service") provided by iTimeBoard.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the web-based iTimeBoard platform enabling users across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers to customize and automate time-management widgets.

2. "User" refers to any individual accessing and utilizing the Service either in Guest Mode or as an Authenticated Member.

3. "Member" refers to a User who signs in to synchronize personal timeboard layouts across multiple devices via our cloud database.

Article 3 (Provision & Operation of Services)

1. The Service offers both unauthenticated Guest Mode and authenticated Account Cloud Mode.

2. Under Guest Mode, user settings and timers are stored and processed locally on the client's browser (LocalStorage).

3. Under Authenticated Mode, custom timeboard layouts, widget coordinates, and shareable link presets are securely backed up and synchronized to our cloud database to ensure seamless cross-device workflow continuity.

4. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, server upgrades, or emergency incident responses.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All software, proprietary UI code, logos, visual graphics, and trademark assets developed for iTimeBoard remain the intellectual property of iTimeBoard.

2. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service for study, work productivity, or commercial signage display. You may not decompile, duplicate, or redistribute the source code for commercial resale without prior written consent.

Article 5 (Data Storage & Limitation of Liability)

1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and precision, we are not liable for timer delays or interruptions resulting from browser device sleep settings, hardware limitations, or network disruptions.

2. For Guest Mode users, data is stored solely in local client storage; we bear no responsibility for data lost due to manual browser cache clears or device changes.

3. For Members, while cloud backups are maintained with high availability, users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

Article 6 (Third-Party Advertisements)

To support sustainable free access to our platform, the Service may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) on designated areas of the website.
